We were immediately impressed with Kelly Kimbrough's people skills and winsome personality. When we found out how well she knew the market on both the buy and the sell sides we were even more impressed. Even before the "For Sale" sign was up Kelly had appointments for showings and by the weekend we had three bonafide offers. I've been through many REALTORS. Some where young, some were inexperienced, and some just didn't care (or, at least , that's what it seemed like). Everyone recommended someone or had different ideas as to what my next step should be, but I did my research and Sue Harvey-Morris just seemed like the perfect person.
