I remember back in 1992, we were trying to sell our Colleyville house in Villages of Woodland Hills to downsize to a smaller house in the same school district. You went through MLS and somehow and found a seller of a smaller house that was willing to do a trade. We traded our Villages of Woodland Hills house for a house at 4114 Woodland Court in Grapevine. It was a smooth transaction. I was so impressed that you were able to put this together that helped both buyer and seller. Then in 1999 I needed a house within easy walking distance of the schools. I met Connie in 1990, when she actually chased us down the street while we were looking at houses in a new subdivision in Grapevine. I'll never forget her bustling down the sidewalk saying, "Excuse me! Do you need a realtor?".
